Can’t find your files?

Your study is yours the moment payment goes through. Here is where the files are.

Search your inbox
Search for Ready to Lead in the email address you used at checkout. The email with your download link arrives within minutes of payment.
Check the other folders
Look in Spam, Junk and the Promotions or Updates tabs. Mark the email as not spam so the next one lands in your inbox.
Open your order page
Your order confirmation email has a View your order button. Your files are listed on that page.
Tapped it inside Instagram or Facebook?
Their built-in browser can fail to save a file. Tap ⋯ at the top right, open the page in your browser (Safari or Chrome), then tap the download link again.
On an iPhone
A PDF opens right in the browser: tap Share, then Save to Files. Saved downloads are in the Files app, under Downloads.

Every file is a PDF you can open on a phone, a tablet or a computer. Print from a computer for the best pages. The Church License also has a ZIP of Word files: open it on a computer, not a phone.
