Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from Ready to Lead (readytoleadstudies.com). The seller is Emanuel Chereji, sole proprietor, trading as Ready to Lead, Hofmannsthalweg 20, 4030 Linz, Austria (VAT ID ATU83544229), support@readytoleadstudies.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What you buy

Our products are digital downloads: PDF files and, for the Church License, editable Word and PowerPoint files. After your payment goes through, your files are available right away as download links on your order confirmation page, on your order status page and in your confirmation email. We sell to customers in the United States.

2. Your license

  • Ready-to-Lead studies (individual purchase): you may use the study to lead your own group, and you may print and copy the participant pages for the members of the group you lead, as often as your group needs them. The license is for one leader and their group.
  • Church License: every group leader and group within one church or congregation may use the study, and the church may print and copy all materials, and edit the editable files, for its own groups and leader training.
  • Not allowed: reselling or giving away the files outside your group (or, for the Church License, outside your church), posting them publicly online, uploading them to file-sharing sites, or presenting them as your own work.
  • The texts, design and layout are protected by copyright and remain ours. Scripture quotations are from the Berean Standard Bible, which is dedicated to the public domain.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and at checkout. Payment is handled by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see your full card number. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

4. Refunds

Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. What our studies are, and aren’t

Our studies are resources for leading Bible-study groups. They are not pastoral counseling, therapy, or legal, medical or financial advice, and they don’t promise any particular outcome for your group. Where churches practice something differently, the studies point you to your own pastor or church leaders. In any situation involving danger to someone’s safety, contact emergency services (911 in the US).

6. Liability

We prepare our products with care. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of the place where you live.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live.

8. Changes and contact
