Refund policy

If a Ready to Lead study isn’t right for you or your group, email support@readytoleadstudies.com within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method. No questions asked, and you don’t need to send anything back.

• How: email us from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number.
• When: we issue the refund within 3 business days of your email. Your bank or card may take 5–10 business days to show it.
• What it covers: every product in your order, including the Advent add-on and the Church License.

Because our products are digital downloads, there is nothing to ship back and no restocking fee.

A written copy of this policy: you can ask for a written copy of this refund policy at any time by emailing support@readytoleadstudies.com, and we’ll send it to you.
